Working together more effectively

In this interactive workshop with team effectiveness coach Michael Hauger, the participants will gain insights into how both the individual and collective subconscious significantly influence communication and work within an ensemble. Engaging with subconscious emotions, behaviours and expectations at the individual and team levels can lead to significantly more effective and fulfilling collaboration – and to stability in the ensemble’s composition.

During the master class, Michael Hauger also offers team coaching to participating ensembles upon request.

After more than 25 years in leadership and executive positions in corporate communications, Michael Hauger brings together his business understanding and experience in complex organisations with his passion for coaching, change and communications. He is supporting individuals, teams and organisations in change and transformation processes as an independent consultant. His approach goes beyond solution-focused coaching and focuses on sustainable adaptive change.

He graduated with distinction as Executive Master in Change (EMC) at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, where his research focused on small team effectiveness using the example of chamber music ensembles. Michael Hauger is an ICF-certified Integral Development Coach (New Ventures West / Thirdspace).

In his youth, he trained as a C-level church musician. For many years, he has shared a passion for chamber music with his wife and two children and supports the chamber music department at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK).

Michael Hauger is a graduate engineer (Dipl-Ing.) in aerospace engineering (University of Stuttgart) and holds a Controller’s Diploma from the Controller Academy in Gauting. He has also completed the INSEAD In-Board programme for non-executive directors.
